Fitting your snorkeling goggles with standard prescription glasses

Having worn glasses for pretty much my entire life I know that there are certain drawbacks related to that. Going snorkeling is one of them. However, I did not want to spend a lot of money for prescription goggles.

So I thought a little and got some stuff from the local hardware store: super glue and small plastic hooks/clamps. I then mounted one of the clamps upside-down in the center of the goggles using the glue. Now, simply clip the normal prescription glasses with dismounted temples in the clamp. They should be fixed now…

Enjoy snorkeling… ;)

Disassembling the glassesthe fitted clamp (using superglue)the prescription glasses simply clicked into the new clamp of the snorkeling goggles

Please excuse the fancy towel… ;)

Credits also go to to my flatmate Chris who had the initial idea on this one.

super Tip, für die 14 Tage Urlaub, das mach ich ähnlich, ich nehme eine “alte” Brille und fixiere sie und die kann ja eingebaut bleiben
